Title KCC orders three mobile carriers to take corrective measures for violations of the Telecommunications Business Act in their offering of wholesale telecom services

KCC (Chairman Kyung-jae Lee) held on Monday, September 16, 2013, a general meeting and decided that the unreasonable or discriminatory agreements of SKT, KT, and LGU+ with budget phone businesses for the wholesale provision of their telecom services, settlement of their accounts with the phone businesses in violation of their agreements, etc., fall under the prohibited acts stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act and ordered the mobile carriers to take corrective measures.
