The amendment was prepared as a follow-up measure as the legal basis for mobile electronic notification services, which have been temporarily allowed through regulatory special cases, was stipulated in January. Third, it specifically stipulated physical, technical, and administrative measures (identification agencies) and safety measures (agencies using connecting information) to ensure the safety of identification agencies and agencies using connecting information converting resident registration numbers into connecting information. In addition, by specifying the standards for subject to status check, the operation and management of connecting information can be checked for identity verification agencies and connecting information use agencies, it will make a safe environment for using connecting information in the early stage after enforcing the amendment in July 2024.
