The KCC's Youth Advisory Group and Youth Interns, composed of young adults in their 20s and 30s, organizes the Youth Network Day On Friday, May 10, the Korea Communications Commission (KCC, Chairman Kim Hong-il) held the Youth Network Day for the KCC's Advisory Group consisting of youth in their 20s and 30s and Youth Interns. Outline of the Youth Network Day Time/Place: Friday, May 10, 2024, 11:00-16:30 / Government Complex Gwacheon Participants: Secretary-General, Youth Aide, Youth Advisory Group, Youth Interns, etc. Materials: Coffee talk, special lectures on digital and media, and the second regular meeting of the youth advisory group The KCC's Youth Advisory Group and Youth Interns are young talents who present fresh opinions from young generations in their 20s and 30s to support the implementation of KCC's policies. Youth Advisory Group: The KCC Youth Advisory Group consists of young people from various backgrounds, including media education experts, research institute heads, and university students. Youth Interns: Young employees selected in April to provide broader work experiences for youth and reflect various voices in policies. The event was held in the order of Part 1 - Venue for Exchange and Part 2 - Expanded regular meeting. In Part 1, the youths had time to freely communicate with the KCC officials through "Coffee Talk" with Secretary-General Cho Seong-eun following networking among the young people. After that, Kim Hyung-joo, a professor at Chung-Ang University gave a lecture under the theme of "Artificial Intelligence ethics" to improve young people's capabilities in the digital and media sectors.
